This might be due to one of the following reasons:
1. You might have selected the wrong server
2. Sometimes it takes a few minutes for the gold/ingots/diamonds to reach your character
3. After a few hours, if you still haven’t received your purchase, please contact our support teamand provide them with as many details as possible. You can get your payment ID on your Facebook from Settings on your Facebook, and then Payments, Purchase History. You can get the payment ID there. We'll track your recharge through this.
