1. Don’t worry, your character is still here!
There’s no need to panic -- your account and all characters created with it are still here. Were anything catastrophic to happen, we make daily back ups of all server data.
2. Make sure you’re not logged in an alternate account
Have you accidentally logged in through Facebook or Google? Have you signed on a friend’s account by mistake? Are you using a public computer? Before you submit a support ticket, you can save yourself and our customer service reps a lot of time by verifying that you are on the correct account.
3. Open a support ticket
Open a support ticket and provide us with as much information as you can. Make sure to include your account information, character names, and which servers they were on. Any relevant screenshots or videos will also be helpful. The more detailed your ticket is, the quicker we can resolve your issue.
