REPORTING OFFENSIVE BEHAVIOR / BUG ABUSE / SCAMS

If someone is simply being annoying or calling you things like “stupid noob”, we would suggest that you use the game’s blacklist or blocking feature to prevent this player from communicating with you again. Comments containing racial slurs, repeated cursing, or sexual content should be reported to our customer service team.

If you find a player exploiting a certain part of the game please verify that this is, indeed, a bug or exploit first! Ask other players about the aspect of the game you’re questioning and try to verify before submitting a ticket if the player is intentionally abusing an unintentional glitch or bug in the game’s systems.

2. Get some proof

As always, your ticket will be processed in a much quicker manner if you provide thorough details and evidence of the problem you’re experiencing. Take screenshots of the chat logs. Record a video. EVIDENCE is key in reporting player abuse.

3. Open a support ticket

Open a support ticket and include as much information as possible. If you’re reporting bug abuse then it is crucial that you provide us with as much detail as possible to determine if abuse has, indeed, taken place.
