You have recharged in one of our games but you still haven’t received the in-game items. There are a few reasons as to why this can occur – so take a few minutes and go through these steps to get the items you deserve!
1. Wait a few minutes – Recharges are usually instant but sometimes it takes a minute or two for your payment to be fully confirmed and the in-game items sent to your account.
2. Restart the game – To make sure the game is completely refreshed, please restart your browser and then check to see if the items have been credited to your account.
3. Double check your order – We all make mistakes from time-to-time. Check your order a second time to make sure all of the information is accurate.
4. Call the payment channel – Give your payment channel a call to confirm that your order was processed successfully.
5. Open a support ticket – If none of the above works, please feel free to open a support ticket here on our website. Provide as much detail and evidence as possible as that will speed up the time it takes to resolve your issue
Some bank payment methods like Boleto may take a few days for your order to be fully processed! If you recharge on Friday, for example, you might not get your items until the next working day!
